OUR STORY
Rebuilding began as a mission, not a business plan.
The adventure started in October 2013, when our CEO, engineer Fran-Dieu Napoleon, joined forces with a colleague to build a company capable of helping Haiti recover from the devastating 2010 earthquake. What began as a small crew has grown into a licensed engineering and construction firm trusted by public institutions, private clients and community organizations alike.
“What I wanted wasn’t to make money, but to make a difference.”
— Fran-Dieu Napoleon, Founder & CEO
Today our Cadres hold licenses in Civil Engineering, Architecture and Territory Planning — delivering architecture, public works and environmental planning across both the public and private sectors.

LEADERSHIP
“After the 2010 earthquake, it was clear Haiti needed more than relief — it needed builders who would stay.”
